We will look after your animals’ needs with the same gentle care we would give our own pets.
As pet owners ourselves, we believe in providing end-of-life care for your companion that is just as loving and respectful as what you’ve provided for them during their lifetime. We offer supportive home-visits for palliative care patients to ensure that their final days are comfortable and peaceful.
We offer humane euthanasia either in our clinic, or in the comfort of your own home. In extenuating circumstances, we may be able to provide after-hours support, and we are partnered with Dr. Susan Dailley of Peaceful Passings to serve our clients outside of the Guelph area.
Through PetsAbove and Gateway Pet Memorial, we can arrange aftercare in the form of cremation, burial, paw prints, and even visitation, according to your wishes. You may like to visit www.PetsAbove.com to view some of the options available for memorialization, and you are welcome to speak with our staff at any time to discuss aftercare.
We understand a decision to euthanize your pet can be a difficult one, and we’re here to support you through the process. This can include a referral to bereavement counselling either before or after your pet’s passing, should you or your family need them. The loss of a beloved pet may bring a range of emotions, and we’re here to help you through this often difficult time.
